Warranty & Guarantee – What you need to know so that your concerns can be dealt with quickly

We grant a voluntary, limited manufacturer warranty of 12 months on our products. This does not include damage caused by falls or moisture, as well as any damage caused by improper handling or external influences, e.g. overvoltage damage. Irrespective of this, the statutory warranty period of 2 years also applies, of course, to material or workmanship errors that already existed at the time of purchase.
